The Global Health Market Shaping Lookback is a 10-year review of the market shaping field that examines progress, takes stock of the current situation, and assesses enabling and inhibiting factors of the field. It was a collaborative effort on behalf of many members of the market shaping community. Linksbridge and the Duke Global Health Innovation Center (GHIC) collaborated on this lookback’s creation, with GHIC leading the data collection and analysis efforts. The document synthesizes findings from three data sources: 22 key informant interviews, a purposive sample of publicly available data on 348 global health market shaping interventions, and a systematic literature review of articles evaluating market shaping impacts.
